VP Background
Virtual Properties was founded in 1999 by mother son broker team, Steve Wagner and Karen Burks. After being with Re/Max for nearly 10 years they began to realized that the Re/Max franchise was just too large to keep up with the newest trends in technology. So they designed a company with specific enhancements in order to form a “more perfect real estate agency”. They set out to create something better for their agents and clients. Today Steve & Karen pride themselves for not only keeping up with cutting edge technology, but for providing their agents with superior training and broker support.

We will always strive to do what is right and whatever level of success we achieve, at the end of the day, it will be our honesty and integrity that matters most. We owe our clients no less.
VP Business Approach
Virtual Properties will always seek to be a leader in the implementation of technology coupled with the expertise of our experienced Realtors and Brokers. Most of all, Virtual Properties wants to succeed through managed growth. We never want to become a Mega Real Estate Company where the human element is lost.
