Georgia Realty School is located in the Virtual Properties Duluth – Sugarloaf Real Estate Training Center
Angie Mezza-Smith is both the director of the Georgia Realty School and managing broker for Virtual Properties Realty. Angie has been a Georgia real estate licensee since 1999 as well as a contributing member for the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) Forms committee since 2006. Angie not only brings her experience and knowledge to her class room but also her enthusiasm for teaching agents about how to write a correct contract. She is committed to teaching agents how to practice real estate with correct knowledge and more confidence.
Angie has a paralegal degree with a specialization in civil litigation. She worked for the clerk of the court in Escambia county, FL in the late 80’s and early 90’s while attending college and then worked as a paralegal for the state attorney of FL at the time of her graduation from college.
Making the transition from being a paralegal to teaching real estate law was a natural evolution for Angie because of her passion for the law and love of teaching. Angie has taught hundreds of agents how to understand and properly use various GAR contracts and related forms.
Different “CE credit” classes are taught weekly in the Virtual Properties Training Center. See the coming CE courses on the SCHOOL & EVENTS CALENDAR.
