Virtual Properties Realty was founded in 1999 by mother son Broker/Owner team Steve Wagner and Karen Burks. Steve and Karen feel very fortunate to have grown Virtual Properties Realty from three agents in the beginning to almost one thousand agents a decade later without ever having to borrow money along the way. Because Virtual Properties Realty is an Independent Real Estate company, agents are not required to pay franchise fees.
VPR agents can “ run their own business” with 24/7 broker support. VPR Agents are free to either work from their home office, or VPR offices. If an agent rents office space or uses one of many free cubicles they often comment about how nice it is to come to the office where everyone is always so friendly and helpful.
Many VPR agents choose to work from their home, coffee shop, etc., because they are able to close deals without ever having to come to the office. A lot of VPR agents live and work in every corner of Georgia and often send their paperwork to the corporate office via FAX, Email or regular mail. If earnest money is to be held by the VPR office it can be sent priority mail with VPR reimbursing agent for the postage cost. Because almost all closing attorneys in Georgia will pay agents at the closing table, more and more agents are choosing this convenience rather then bringing the closing check to the office. However, if an agent wants to bring a closing check to the VPR office before 2:00pm and they will be promptly paid the next business day after 2:00 pm.

VPR is also very proud of its in-house licensed Real Estate School where agents earn CE credit and receive exceptional training on a weekly basis.
