Team Commission Plan
- One agent on the team will be the team leader who is on the VPR 100% plan with a $300 a month broker fee
(plus the normal $50 monthly fee for GAMLS, E&O and Agent’s website) - The remaining team members would pay the normal $50 a month for GAMLS, E&O and Agent’s website (plus $250 transaction fee)
EXAMPLE of a team’s “total” cost: (the agent’s name on the contract will determine the transaction fee amount)
Team Leader (#1): $300+ $50 a month total for 100% split (with *$30 accounting fee at closing)
Team member (#2): $50 a month total (with $250 transaction fee + *$30 accounting fee at closing)
Team member (#3): $50 a month total (with $250 transaction fee + *$30 accounting fee at closing
*All VPR agents pay a $30 accounting fee at closing
