Virtual Properties reserves the right to remove or edit any post it feels is not completely PRODUCTIVE. Any post, at Virtual Properties sole discretion/opinion, that is deemed to be unnecessarily negative or somewhat destructive will either be deleted or edited. Virtual Properties reserves all rights to manage all the content on the website as it sees fit. Virtual Properties reserves the right to restrict or limit any contributor it feels said contributor is not a completely PRODUCTIVE asset to the Virtual Properties Site or cause. Personal attacks will not be tolerated and will be deleted. Even though this is an adult site, the use of profanity is prohibited here.

Spamming will not be tolerated on this site. Virtual Properties reserves the right to take any action necessary to prevent or correct any spamming action. Please leave your real name. Do not use “keywords” as your commenter name — this is considered to be a tactic. If you are concerned about privacy, then use a pseudonym (John Doe, Betty Sue, first name only, etc). But please, no keyword stuffed names. There are multiple spam filters at work here, but occasionally spam does slip through the cracks. Again, Virtual Properties retains full rights to determine what is or is not spam. Spam will be deleted and user privileges of the spammer will be revoked. Posts connected to things such as porn, or excessive self-promotion, or obvious advertising will not be tolerated.

Virtual Properties is an organization comprised of three (3) unique/separate Real Estate organizations. The three companies are VirtualPropertiesRealty.com, VirtualPropertiesRealty.net, VirtualPropertiesRealty.biz. Real Estate clients, customers, and agents are encouraged to verify with the Virtual Properties staff which organization a given agent is licensed with.
