As a North Georgia Mountains listing agent, I use my skills in website design, social media, Photoshop, and Premier Pro to reach potential buyers. From 2010 to 2017, I worked in a family business that flipped foreclosed properties in Fort Lauderdale (Broward County). During this time, I conducted research, found properties, refurbished them, and listed them for sale. Tailoring specific property websites for iPhone, using the address (e.g. 2350yourhouse.com), helped qualify buyers before showings. I previously owned a packaging business for 32 years before transitioning to real estate. In Florida, I owned a Taido karate school for 19 years and am still active in Georgia holding the Go-Dan black belt rank (5th degree)
