Virtual Properties Realty Voted the # 1 Top Work Place by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Every year the AJC hires Workplace Dynamics to survey over 275 Metro Atlanta companies amounting to over 60,000 workers. Every person surveyed had to respond to online questions about the company they work for. Each company was required to have a response rate of at least 40% of their work force. Every employee or independent contractor was asked to respond to over 20 confidential questions about the company they worked for.
Once the survey was completed, Workeplace Dynamics also drew up an additional list of “special awards” based on standout scores. In 2013 Virtual Properties Realty finished #1 and was voted (by its agents ) as the best Atlanta company to work for. Many different types of companies participated in the survey. (not just real estate companies)
Every year that Virtual Properties Realty has participated in the annual AJC best place to work survey they always finished in the top 5 (large company category) and consistently finished in the #1 position as the best Atlanta Real Estate company to work for. In addition to being the best work place VPR was also honored with having the highest “special awards” score in best managers and the company most going in the right direction.
