Vickie Butler

Hi, I'm Vickie Butler. I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2007, and serve clients in the Southern Crescent areas of Atlanta. While I work with buyers and sellers of all ages, my focus and passion is working with 55+ adults and their families. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked with United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta for 15 years in various management positions. I earned my Bachelor of Communications degree from the University of Houston, and believe my background in social service and communications gives me a servant's heart combined with the caring and understanding needed to work with mature adults and their families. I serve as a trusted advisor helping seniors and their families understand housing options when they consider the sale of a home or transition to another home. It is my job and honor to be more than a typical realtor. I hold several national real estate designations, and among them include the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Fayette County Board of Realtors (FCBR). I am the 2018 President and 2019 REALTOR® of the Year for the Fayette Board of Realtors. I'm also a member of Rotary Club of Fayetteville and its 2019/2020 President.
