October 1st, 2016 – Virtual Properties Realty announced that Jamie Mertz has been named the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the company effective immediately. Ms. Mertz will assume leadership and oversight responsibilities over all the brokers, staff and company operations.
Ms. Mertz received her B.S. in finance from the University of South Florida, and is currently a qualifying broker for Virtual Properties Realty.
This executive appointment demonstrates Virtual Properties Realty’s ongoing commitment to position itself for continued growth and success by further strengthening the depth of our executive leadership team. Jamie is an accomplished leader and real estate managing broker with more than 20 years’ experience as a full-time licensed real estate professional.

Ms. Mertz is also very active in many REALTOR® boards.
